1. Parties
These Terms govern the relationship between fallendesigns S.L. (NIF B14123456), C. Maria Auxiliadora, 14, Centro, 14002 Cordoba, Andalucia, Spain ("fallendesigns", "we") and the client placing an order ("you"). By completing payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services
fallendesigns provides fixed-scope digital web design services as described on the individual service pages. All services are delivered digitally. Services do not include ongoing hosting fees, domain registration, or third-party platform licence fees unless explicitly specified.
3. Orders and payment
Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in EUR. Spanish IVA (21%) applies where required and is not included in displayed prices. A project brief template is sent within 1 business day of payment. The delivery timeline starts from receipt of the completed brief.
4. Delivery timelines
Timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Andalusian public holidays) from receipt of your completed project brief. Brief delays caused by incomplete client information extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
5. Revision policy
Two revision rounds are included for Custom CMS Website Design and Startup Launch Package projects. One revision round is included for all other services. The revision window is 5 business days from delivery. Changes exceeding agreed scope are quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
Full ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. fallendesigns retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licence terms.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy page. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact are handled according to Spanish consumer law.
8. Liability limitation
fallendesigns total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of delivered work.
9. Governing law
Spanish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cordoba, Spain, unless EU mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
