Delivery

1. Digital delivery only

All fallendesigns services are delivered digitally. There is no physical product. Deliverables are live coded websites, Figma design files, or written documentation, as specified per service.

2. Delivery timelines

All timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Andalusian public holidays) from receipt of your completed project brief.

3. Service delivery windows

• Custom CMS Website Design: 16-24 business days
• Spanish Tourism & Culture Sites: 10-15 business days
• NGO & Cultural Institution Websites: 8-12 business days
• Startup Launch Packages: 12-18 business days
• Digital Magazine Design: 20-28 business days
• Conversion-Focused Redesign: 12-17 business days

4. Conditions for on-time delivery

On-time delivery requires receipt of a complete project brief. Missing information pauses the timeline until received. Delays caused by incomplete client information are not covered by any late delivery commitment.

5. Late delivery

If a delay on our side is anticipated, we notify the client at least 2 business days before the original delivery date and provide a revised date in writing.

6. Acceptance and revision

For website projects: delivery is confirmed when the staging URL or live site is provided. The revision window begins from this point and lasts 5 business days.
