Order

Select a service on the website or use the package builder to combine services with add-ons. Pay via Stripe Checkout. A project brief template arrives by email within 1 business day of payment.

The brief template is specific to the service you have chosen. It is not a generic questionnaire. It covers the information we actually need to design and build your project correctly from the start, without back-and-forth corrections later.

Brief

Complete the brief and return it by email. The delivery timeline starts from the date we receive your completed brief.

An incomplete brief pauses the timeline until the missing information arrives. We send one reminder after 5 business days if we have not heard back. Provide content, brand assets, technical access requirements, and any hard constraints in the brief.

Design & Build

We design, code, and test according to the agreed brief and scope. For full website projects, a staging URL is provided for review. For Figma-only or document projects, a shareable link is provided.

Two revision rounds are included for CMS and startup launch projects. One round is included for all other services. The revision window is 5 business days from delivery. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Launch & Handover

The finished site goes live on your domain, or final files are delivered via a shareable link. Post-launch support is available at the published consulting rate.

Handover includes all source files, Figma files, and documentation. We provide CMS training where applicable. For CMS projects, 21 days of post-launch technical support are included. For all other projects, support is available at the hourly consulting rate.
