fallendesigns S.L. (NIF B14123456), C. Maria Auxiliadora, 14, Centro, 14002 Cordoba, Andalucia, Spain is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We operate under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data collected

Contact forms and checkout: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by us. Server logs may retain IP addresses for security purposes for up to 30 days.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To respond to project enquiries (legitimate interest), to process and fulfil service orders (contract performance), and to comply with Spanish tax record-keeping requirements (legal obligation). Data is not used for advertising profiling or sold to third parties.

4. Data sharing

Stripe Inc. for payment processing. Our email provider for client communications. Spanish tax authority where legally required. No advertising networks or third-party marketing platforms receive your data.

5. International transfers

Stripe processes payments in the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No other international data transfers are made.

6. Retention periods

Client and project records: 5 years from project completion. Invoice and payment records: 4 years (Spanish tax law requirement). Server access logs: 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Submit requests to hello@fallendesigns.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

8. Cookies
